📌 Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Assistant

• Office documentation and coordination

• Data entry and file management

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Good communication & organizational skills

2. Accountant

• Handling budgets, records, and financial reports

• Must be well-versed in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 2+ years of experience preferred

3. Draftsman

• Preparation of architectural/engineering drawings

• Skilled in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools

• DAE (Civil/Architecture) required

• Must have previous technical drawing experience
